I recently received my parcel right on time. The item itself was in good condition, meeting my expectations. However, there was a minor hiccup that caught my attention.
In the description provided, I was asked to include a personal note to be written on a letter. Assuming it would be computerized, I left my sentiments in the description. However, upon receiving the parcel, I discovered that the note was handwritten. This realization left me slightly disappointed, as the personal touch I expected was lost.
Had I known beforehand that the note would be handwritten, I would have gladly taken the opportunity to include my own handwritten message, as it holds sentimental value for me.
Therefore, I would kindly suggest that in the future, customers be informed in advance if handwritten notes are to be included, allowing them the chance to personalize their messages accordingly.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service and product quality, but I hope this feedback helps improve the communication process for future transactions.
