I have Issues with uploading my pictures?

If you face any issue with uploading the pictures, you can place the order without uploading the pictures and then after ordering, email us the pictures at thoughtboxpictures@gmail.com with your name as the subject

(be sure to use the same as the one used when placing the order)

When will my order be delivered?

We charge a rate of Rs.195- for Standard Care Shipping for 6-12 working days

We charge a rate of Rs.395- for Fast Track Shipping for which puts your order on our priority for a faster delivery

What if my parcel is damaged?

For Receiving a Damaged Product

Simply send us a picture of the damaged product anywhere; Email, Instagram, WhatsApp. After inspecting it, we will send you a replacement without any cost.

We will Replace any damaged product you receive within the first day after delivery without any hassle.

Will my pictures be safe?

We ensure the privacy of your pictures as we are the sole owners of that information and we will not sell or rent out any information provided to us by our customers.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When we're done processing your order, your pictures are automatically deleted from our database.

We've been in business for a while now, and we have had no complaint regarding privacy breach.

Can I send directly to the person who I want to gift?

Yes, you can!

Simply select the option "Send Directly to Recipient" on the product page before adding it in your cart.

Provide your phone number for correspondance in the text box below that option.

When filling our the address details, provide us the details of where you want it delievered.
