I recently ordered an Eid card from your website. While I really liked the idea, I found the pricing quite high for what was delivered. The card cost PKR 950, but the design and materials used felt quite basic. The mirror attached seemed to be a simple, roughly cut piece, not the kind of refined or decorative element one would expect in a gift item.

Additionally, I was charged around PKR 300 for packaging that included a simple envelope and ribbon—items that are easily available in the market for under PKR 100. For the price range of your products, I feel such basic gift packaging should ideally be included as a complimentary feature, rather than an added cost.

I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, as I believe your concept has great potential, but a few improvements in quality and pricing could really enhance customer satisfaction.

The mirror should be a nicely cut piece with borders (mirror person can easily do that) not a rough piece.
